The Great Bowl Hemlock Hedge Renovation - 1993
Project included Demolition of the Historic Outer Hemlock Walls and Obelisk, installations of new drainage and yew hedge and obelisk plantings

Project included Installation of new lower pond surrounding 'Bedford' Stone Walkway

The Croquet Garden Renovation - 1995-96
Project included Demolition of the Historic Outer Hemlock Walls and hedges, installations of new drainage system, replantings of  Thuja and Taxus hedge plantings, Re-grading and Sodding of Croquet Court

The Tea Garden - 1998
Project included demolition of existing walks, steps and water feature. Installation of new brick steps/landings and brick garden edges, with grading, transplanting and sodding
 

The Iris Garden Renovation - 2001-02
Project entailed demolition of existing gardens with regrading and preparations for all new plantings, installation of new hardscapes, PA Boulders, Procurement and installation of all Woody Plants, Herbaceous Plantings and Sodding throughout the entire garden.

The Studio Barn Drainage - 2004
Project included demolition of existing foundation conditions, installation of new sub-drainage around barn and new hardscape construction

The Yellow Garden and Water Lily Garden Renovations - 2005
Project included demolitions of the existing gardens with regrading and preparations for all new
plantings.  Installation of new hardscapes, Water features, Subdrainage, Woody Plants, Herbaceous
Plantings and Sodding throughout these gardens.

Project included editing, demolition and regrading of pathways to allow handicap access to this garden and connections beyond....

The Sculpture Garden Renovation - 2010
Project included select demolitions of the existing garden with regrading and preparations for all new
plantings. Digging, storing and Transplanting of materials to be preserved. Installation of all new Woody and Herbaceous Plantings along with Sodding/Seeding throughout.

The House of Cards Filming Disruption Renovations/Remedies - 2013
Project(s) included repairs and renovations required following production company filming of ' House of Cards' at Ladew Gardens 

Ladew Barn Steps - 2013
Project included demolition of existing steps and landings at the Barn, installation of the new steps, rail, brick landings and lighting

Project included demolition of existing Stone Path through the Pink Garden. at the Barn, then layout and installation of the new Stone Walk...

Butterfly House - 2014
Project included providing a grading and site plan for the new structure. Grade with cuts and controlled fills through the area to accommodate the new structure and its impact to the surrounding meadow. Buildout of interior of structure with planters and sub-drainage. Stabilization of all areas impacted with erosion control and reseeding of meadow grasses and forbes.
